Sales Executive

- To plan, organize, lead and execute performance Business Development functional practice.
- To drive company with clear KPI & strategy action plan and objective in order to achieve it pro-actively.
- To initiate improvement activity at BD (Business Development) functional process flow or information flow in order to serve customer which align to customer service policy.
- To monitor turnover target achievement. Quotation and sales forecast co-ordination with PSI practice.
- To ensure all BD functional flow is comply and conform to iERP system workflow.
- To co-ordinate BD and cross functional for the variance finding and initiate improvement activity.
- To co-ordinate within BD and psi teams in order to improve the customer total cycle time.
- Sales planning in order to achieve BD yearly sales target.
- Contract negotiations and quotations to customers. To ensure timely distribution, accurate quotations and follow up to close deals.
- Develop potential business with existing and newly to be acquired customers.
- Work with the internal customers to ensure congruence between sales and delivery efforts.
- To handle business enquiries. Provide necessary information and recommendations on product usage to customers.
- Monitor and follow up the payment of the customer according to customer payment term.
- The positions are available at Selangor & Perak.
- Candidates with experience in market of building material and/or pipe. will be an added advantage.
